Theresa Quinn is an attorney practicing in the areas of negligence, employment and housing litigation; entertainment law and contracts, and copyright issues. She attended Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
Ms. Quinn is proud to have worked for Elizabeth Schneider, who authored “Battered Women and Feminist Lawmaking,” published by Yale Press and for which Ms. Quinn contributed as a researcher. Ms. Quinn also contributed to an Amici Curiae brief in the seminal case domestic violence case, Nussbaum v. Steinberg.
